Anyone who has a website but doesn’t know what CSS is would be wise to learn.
There’s a new book out on CSS. It looks pretty good, which I know because the publisher has made a large chunk of the book available for free download. The section could make a good introduction to style sheets.
Go to the publisher’s page on the book (HTML Utopia: Designing Without Tables Using CSS), and sign up for the download of the PDF file.
While you’re at the site, keep in mind that it was made entirely without layout tables.
