New Oasis HK Airlines site says "Taiwan, Province of China"

While signing up for the newsletter on the new Oasis HK Airlines website,
I noticed that they listed this option for country of residence:

corp.oasis-air.com/gb/en/newsletter.aspx
Country of Residence: “Taiwan, Province of China”

Yet under “Hong Kong” it does not say “Hong Kong S.A.R.”…

Still… incredible low fares from HK to UK, and possibly to the US.

If they’re offerring fares for HK$1k I think they’re entitled to call the place Noddyland if they want.

My thoughts exactly.

It may say “Libby’s” on the side of a bus, but that doesn’t make it a tin of cream.

that “Taiwan, province of China” is popping up more and more

More info about the cheap prices here. Unmentioned is the 68 pounds surcharge each way.

I usually email the webmaster along these lines.

Dear X, you website is great but it contains a small error. Taiwan is not a Province of China but an independent fishing entity officially named “Little Ding Dong Land, Province of Hello Kitty”. Please adjust your records. Thanks

It might say Daz on the side of the bus but they don’t take in washing.
