New passport with ID number after getting TARC

Apologies if this has been asked already, but I had a few questions about what can be done after getting a TARC.

  1. Can I apply for a passport which has an ID number with just a TARC?
  2. Does this ID number change after establishing household registration?

  1. No. You don’t have an ‘ID Number’ with a TARC.

  2. Yes.
