New Taoyuan Airport Bus from Xindian MRT

Started yesterday. Not terribly fast at 1.5 hours but convenient if you’re in the south part of the city. Only NT135. I think every 30 minutes.

Thanks, that’s good news. I always wondered why the Taoyuan bus couldn’t do the whole loop, it is pretty fast from Xindian, and if you are going to pick someone up, you don’t have to hurry.

Googling for Da-You bus revealed the details on bus number 2068.

As you exit from the MRT into the open station concourse you can see the bus on the left : almost the last stand
next to the 7-11.

I have yet to try it out but it sure is a welcome addition and I expect it to save me
thousands in Taxi fares.

The ones I’ve seen are white with orange stripes and do not seem too crowded. As a matter of fact, I’ve seen two or three cats on board, and last night’s at 7pm was totally empty.
