Can anyone recommend a Taiwan (long form) business newspaper that is online and that provides simultaneous Chinese and English versions of its articles?
I would like to read the Chinese and then check my understanding with the English version. Also, I would like to be doing this with up-to-date business news.

I don’t think any of the Chinese papers have English translations of their articles. Wait a minute, what about Digitimes?
Try looking at the www.libertytimes.com.tw and the Taipei times website. The times usually has stuff from the liberty times translated into english. Tough part is how to find them both. Maybe the taipeitimes uses the liberty times articles after a day of translation.
I think that the Taipei Times has its own reporters and does not do second hand translations of Liberty Times articles in business. Most opinion pieces are traslated from Liberty Times articles because they are not timely.
