The 10PM to 10AM rates are crazy cheap. Usually 10NT an hour or something since “Wang Ka” are not as popular anymore.
There’s two close to the Song Shan Dpt of Motor Vehicles between Ba De and Nanjing. One is on the first floor, the one across the street is on the second. Both fairly clean with huge ass 27" monitors.
One near XinYi Anhe MRT stop, I think it’s called Aztec (2nd floor).
