I just saw the news on Yahoo. You can also find more at www.thaivisa.com on their Thai News Clippings thread. The death toll has risen to 59 and there are between 100 and 200 injured. Absolutely terrible.
I’ve never been inside, but I passed there during a trip a couple of years ago and thought about going. It’s a really large-scale night club, and one of the best known in Bangkok.
It’s on Ekkamai, in the Thong Lor area, sort of northeast of the main entertainment district around Sukhumvit Road.
Nasty business!
