No Assets - Does she qualify for APRC?

Hi all,

I am making this enquiry on behalf of a colleague of mine. I have used the search button, and have not found the answer I am looking for; if I did not search right I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

My colleague is SA.
She has been, and still is, married to a Taiwanese man for 7 years.
She has lived in Taiwan for 7 years.
She has a JFRV, with an OWP.

Her husband and she do not own any property (they are renting), they do not have any significant assets, and they do not have any significant savings.

She does not have any special or professional skills.

SO… does she quality for APRC?

My understanding is she does, because she does have TAX certificates going back 3 years showing she earned more than the average Taiwanese wage.

Would she still need to supply a proof of assets (property tax, real estate appraisal, and bank deposit)?

Thanks

I tried to find out this info on the http://alientw.org site but it seems to be down at the moment.
Is that just temporary or has it bitten the dust?
Is this the end of Richard’s quest for dual nationality?

Isn’t it earning 32,000 for the past 2 years (Can also include Taiwanese spouse’s earnings) OR $5 million (can be as property) ?

Has she been working here at all?

I think he’s just shifted focus, bringing the mountain to Mohammad so to speak, by trying to convince people that Taiwan is actually part of the US. Another means to the same goal.
