Now I realize you meant 尿.
But “Niao” -third tone- means bird and it can also refer to that body part which is uniquely male.
When I first read the title of this thread I thought the poster must be a woman who’s not getting any.
…or maybe that’s just me. 
I thought it was ji ji tou.
