No visas for foreigners who have been victims of serious crimes and to seek Justice

Well not allowing foreigners who have been victims of serious crimes to participate in legal proceedings is messed up but in most countries, if you’re the one who has been accused of a crime and have some sort of legal proceeding pending against you, you won’t be allowed to leave the country.

Have you contacted the Control Yuan?

I don´t know what you are referring to. This is so far the people who knows about this legal loophole: the office of the president, Immigration, MOFA, the Taipei´s Bar Association, the Ministry of Justice, several law makers, several private lawyers, some news organizations, several embassies and forum readers. In a way I feel satisfied that I have done my best and I am assuming that in an extreme nationalistic place unfairness to foreigners happens and it is accepted.

Were you able to pursue recourse through diplomatic representative offices?

Yes and they didn´t do anything, just tell me how sorry they were.
