Like a Movie, but seems real video and not actors. The lady speaker/news host at the end, I can remember her voice even if I can not understand nothing she says.

Some of the guys hobbling down the tarmac on either side of him looked a bit worse for wear.

If my theory is correct that the Russians are helping accelerate North Korea’s WMD program behind the scenes in order create a thorn in America’s side then the intended audience for this hoopla is the U.S.
This is all new to North Korean TV viewers. Apart from media smuggled in from abroad - for which those involved risk severe penalties - there has been virtually nothing like this on North Korean screens before.
