Rather not I rekon because we weren’t talking about using the US military, instead I was referring to the UNSC, who is to decide what ‘serious consequences’ mean and if/when they are to be applied. It was not Bush’s decision to make on behalf of the UNSC. Duh.
You have cited some age old resolutions that leave room to intepretation and you know very well that lot’s of experts disagree on what you cite as a [true] fact.
