The first time I ever heard of these was when I met a Turkish woman when I moved to the UAE. It’s a staple for us and all of our friends now every time we barbeque…awesome, spicy stuff!
Thanks for the reply.
This sausages are very easy to make, You can make, Omelet, BBQ, Toast, Pizza, Sandwich, or use as meat in your foods…
If you live in Taiwan and want to order you can contact with me by mail or can call.
I’m not in Taiwan, but for those of you in Taiwan, I would recommend giving them a try. They are so yummy and I will miss them dearly when we move from the Middle East!!!
Sucuk? Really? Having lived in the second largest Turkish city in western Europe (Mannheim), I quickly learned to enjoy the wonders of Turkish restaurants and supermarkets, with Sucuk being one of the favorites. Great to see this here in time for the BBQ season
I know probably you didn’t really want to know, but it is supposedly pronounced [sudʒuk]… but now I am interested in how the Dr. would have pronounced it
