I was going to say something about “for men, usually around the genital area and for women, around the breasts”, but for the sake of being polite, I won’t.
Don’t forget, there are plenty of lasses whose curtains would catch the wind too 
I’m usually naked at home during the warmer weather, and open the windows to let the fresh air in. My curtains blow around then too.
