A while ago I saw this youngster driving (flying low) behind a public bus(nearly touching it), holding the handlebar of his scooter with one hand, while on the phone, not wearing a helmet and a smoke between the lips, and probably chewing a nut.
This is what’s called multi-tasking in traffic.

O yeah, he was wearing plastic slippers. Although many people are upgrading to fake leather.
