i am 44. hahaha good luck to us. happy that you are already done with the 5 years and on the way to TARC.
Will the TECO in Manila be of any help before i start to move to taiwan? should i visit TECO and apply for something there? would it help?

If you need any documents to submit in taiwan, you have to authenticate it thru TECO.
