I reckon Henry will be using it as a toughener before next Saturday’s first 3N. Hope to see some forward discipline taking it straight up the guts.

yeah, ok game, but nowhere near enough from the forwards to set a platform for AB backs. I enjoy watching the free-running and excellent ball skill games like this, not much cheating, just hard play.
Wasn’t that a great play by Marty Holah! One handed try saving tackle, then quickly up to steal the ball-and get a penalty.

Yeah but wiht 20 mins left it 34 - 26, so the Pac’s doing well
edited: poorly played by the blacks, final score 41-26 so PI’ers did very well. I don’t being wrong a little with a score prediction. Hope we see more of the PI’ers-but hope we see a vast improvement in the AB’s. They had patches, but needed more focus. Where was Spencer’s leadership? Was Henry hiding him?
PI’ers are good to watch but they do need a bit of coaching. If they ever learn that defense involves mundane things like numbering up and following systems and not just big hits, they will be quite useful. A little work on tight forward play would also help. NZ were sloppy. You got the feeling they got suckered into the PI’ers style of play. A bit too fancy on occassions. Henry will have expected more professionalism.
