After upgrading to Office 2003, I get blurred icons on the Office toolbar like this
I can’t find any help on the Web. Any ideas what’s wrong?
I’ve tried changing resolutions and bit depths, etc.
Try turning up the display frequency(refresh rate).
If I’m correct, your at something like 60Hz. Try 75Hz.
Keep in mind that you may have to disable the,
“Hide modes this monitor can’t display.”
