It could be for the same reasons that blacks rape whites more than whites rape blacks: physical repugnance toward the other race, shame (not at the act of rape itself, but at the lowering of one’s standards, similar to “hogging”), and the fact that one group tends to be physically tougher (better able to resist or punish rape, less psychologically “compromised” by successful rape).

You can download a pdf of the thesis here, but unfortunately it’s in (modern) Hebrew. A trial version of Babylon, a machine translator that can translate Hebrew to English, is located here, but I couldn’t get it to translate any part of the thesis coherently.
Using the same machine translator, though, I had better luck with a piece in Makor Rishon, a conservative Israeli paper. I have no way of knowing whether the paper is directly and accurately quoting Ms. Nitsan’s thesis, but it seems to be quoting it; because of the availabilty of the thesis, if the quote were a disingenuous one, Hebrew speakers would be able to call the paper out on it (the machine translation, of course, is far from perfect):

Oh, and just to keep to the topic: rape is bad. Even when it isn’t.
So if I try to take this seriously for a moment…the assertion would be that racism/ethnism (or whatever appropriate negative term is applicable) reduces instances of rape? I guess the conclusion then is that racism isn’t always a bad thing – or at least isn’t always the worst thing.
