Could someone please tell about a teacher or oil painting class in Taipei. I would like to improve my skills

Would classes in Mandarin be acceptable? I don’t have a firm lead for you but that info might be useful for those replying. Also, you might want to inquire at the art supply stores, since they might have connections to classes. Here are a couple near Shida:
