What are you doing with them all?
Various purposes with different machines. Yes, a decent modern laptop could do all of it, but where’s the fun in that?
Specifically:-
- Ruby on Rails development on FreeBSD
- OpenGL C++ graphics project on Mac OS
- .NET development on Linux
- Trying to install a modern operating system (specifically Windows 10) on EFI32 firmware-bound hardware (Mac Pro 1.1)
None of these combinations are optimal so it makes it a bit more challenging.
Also, I just like junk. All of these models I really wanted when I was younger and they came out, and now they’re purchase price averages like $50 so I can have something I really wanted each month for basically beer budget, and I don’t drink.
