Old pc memory upgrade?

I have an old ibm pc 133Mhz (old, right!) that has insufficient memory, what kind of upgrade for memory can I get? Would it be worht it to do that?

I hope you don’t plan on using new OS and applications on that computer. I don’t think more memory will help new software on that old hardware. I wouldn’t spend any money on it. You can surely find someone to give you some old memory, if you decide that you really have a use for that old computer.

i already have the memory chip, but the software is windows 98.

If you already have the memory, why don’t you just insert the module into the slot and see if it works?
With Win-98, I think you should have at least 64MB in total to make it worthwile. It all depends on the software and applications you are using,
