On-line Taiwan white pages (residential phone #s)?

Is there an on-line residential phone directory (white pages) for Taiwan? Chinese or English, I don’t mind. I only have a family name and an address to go by; now I need to find the phone number. If not on-line, where can I find a paper phone book for a particular city/region?

You can pick up an English language telephone book (mostly Yellow Pages but has some white page listing as well) at the airport after you exit customs at the information stand.
