I think one day people on this forum will unexpectedly find themselves in the same place at the same time.
We will look around the room and make eye contact and realize it.
Could be a taco place, could be a burger joint, maybe a bread shop, maybe all at the same avocado shop, and then the circle will be complete
I meet up with people on the forum all the time. But i guess never in groups.
I hope to god this never happens.
I think an official Forumosan meeting ritual is in order.

I already said before in another thread that we could throw up the middle finger if we suspect we see another Forumosan, and if that’s returned then we have our answer.

In my experience, ahem, in the day, meeting up in public with flobpeople I pretty much loathed online led to discussions about travel, diving and hiking. 
And just walk away from the ones who do stuff like this as the line is obviously blurred:

You’re braver than I. What happens if I flip the bird at a foreigner and instead of a friendly Forumosan he turns out to be an Israeli-American ESL teacher or something? I’m kinda fond of my limbs…
Obviously you’re not in the Secret Society of Forumosan Krav Maga Masters. Not there this is such a thing of course… 
From the title I thought this would be a thread of predictions about where our paths in life will lead us, not necessarily in relation to each other.
Something like this:
…moving to Greenland and wondering why they ever lived in the tropics.
…telling their grandchildren that once upon a time “aliens” roamed the land.
…falling in love with stinky tofu.
…praying five times a day towards Mecca.
…banned from HSR due to bad social credit scores because they flipped the bird too many times.
On that day, many of us will cover our faces and skulk away in shame!

There was also some Regular monthly meetings, but they stopped for some reason
