As a guy I think online dating in Taiwan is pretty bad unless you can speak Chinese fluently. Ive met so many ladies whose primary goal was to get English practices. There’s even one time I was asked to help the lady with work related English stuff during the first date.
But I will also say meeting people online (without sole focus on dating) has been great and I met my wife that way, and know quite a few similar story amongst online hobby groups etc.

Right I think if you dump the dating apps, and instead focus on the language exchange apps (or others), you will be much more successful.

This is why, unless you’re smoking hot yourself, you should date people on your level. Hot girls are high maintenance and hot guys are prone to cheat because they get pussy thrown at them all the time.

Young people here are already quite airheaded with the constant phone scrolling, wearing headphones, masks and refusal to walk even the most basic of distances.
Couple that with someone who is so goodlooking they have never had to work hard for anything in life and its a level of stupidity that just couldn’t be worth it.
