Does anyone know of any Taibei restaurants that focus on using organic ingredients?
The only one I know of is Tanhou (天和). Icon mentioned it in a thread on vegetarian food, but they have meat and vegetarian both available in their organic and health food supermarket, their shabu shabu restaurant and their hotpot restaurant, all located together:
Bei Ping East Road, number 30, two blocks away from Shandao Temple Station.
We had a very nice organic (not vegetarian) hotpot ($550) there today.
If you park across the street, you get a free hour for every NT$1000 in purchases in the store; take your receipt and parking ticket to the service counter on 1F before exiting.
