So, for US$20 you get 50+ minutes then its all over!?! 
Has anyone tried it out? If so, was it really worth the (non-refundable) US$20 for the experience?
It seems to be doing well and growing. There was a recent post in another thread by the main principal about his service. I believe it’s in the Business & Money forum.
They have one event for foreign women seeking XYZ.
i tried to go to the forgien women = chinese men thing…But not enough people signed up. So, they are holding my money until i sign up for another time event…
I wonder if it was because there weren’t enough men or there weren’t enough women signed up?

If I were single, I’d definitely give it a try. There’d be nothing to lose, and who knows, there might just be something tasty on the menu. I’d say it’d be a much better bet than prowling at one of those notorious meat-market discos.
Dude…just talk to some locals cause there’s lots of online group datings things that I believe are free. They’re called lian yi (not sure if the pinyin is correct). Though, the above seems more like speed dating. The lian yi are a group like a group of guys and an equal amount of ladies. $20 US to do speed dating doesn’t seem that great of deal to me not unless they’re giving u unlimited drinks. I have been trying to set up a singles night in the event forum. But i haven’t seen much response. So, i will guess that maybe people haven’t seen it, or I’m not magnetic enough to cause it

Like Omni I would give it a try if I were still single. The system’s been around in the west for a while and from people I’ve met who’ve tried it, it’s fun, safe, and much more efficacious than traditional dating method. I have been asked about the age limits many times and so I will post a response for everyone.
The age limits specified above or on my website for the events are simply guidelines. Because there are many people that DO NOT want to date someone that is 15 years their junior, the events must have age categories. If you are older or younger than the specified age range, you are still allowed to participate. You must, however, keep this in mind…
The people that sign up for the event are expecting to see people at the event that are around the age group listed. Since this is the case, you may not get as many hits as you may have if you were in another age bracket.
Your objective at a speed dating event is to get as many hits (people you want to see that also want to see you again) as possible. To ensure the highest possible match percentage for my customers, categories and age limits must be implemented. If the events were a free 4 all and had no categories or restrictions whatsoever, there would be a very limited number of matches occuring.
For as many 46 year old guys that are out there that want to date 32 year old women, there are at least as many 32 year old men out there that DO NOT want to date 46 year old women.
