are there any organized tours to Yushan (the top)? I asked the Taipei Tourism Office, and they have me the address of an agency. They say they don’t have regular tours, so the only viable option would be to collect a group of people myself … One person would be like 1250 USD (and that’s no fun anyway …).

They say March/April is a possible date.
