Out of Practice - PEK and TPE in one trip

Okay, so I’m out of practice planning elaborate trips in Asia…

This summer, I am looking at going from Seattle (SEA) to Beijing (PEK) for a month, including a few days in Taipei to visit my wonderful friends there. What’s my smartest way to book this?

SEA-(?) - PEK-HKG-TPE-(?)-SEA? Likely expensive
SEA- TPE-HKG-CAN-PEK-CAN-HKG-TPE-SEA… probably easisest I think, as the CAN-PEK is cheap and I have friends in CAN (Guangzhou).
SEA-HKG-PEK-HKG-TPE?

I realize this will have to be a series of different itineraries for the various silly reasons we all know too well.

I also want to visit Sapporo (CTS) in there somehow to see my best friend… but will probably do this direct from PEK (Beijing) via Tokyo… (hey, isn’t Tokyo- Sapporo the world’s busiest aircraft route?)

Suggestions, especially sarcastic, are welcome.

anyone have any ideas?

I think you should go via SPU.

Ha. Find a routing SEA-SPU-PEK-HKG-TPE-SPU-SEA. I dare ya. :stuck_out_tongue:

I immediately thought of Seattle Pacific University, where on the application you have to list your “personal relationship with Jesus Christ”.http://www.spl.edu

Well, now you’re just being silly. I didn’t say you have to return via SPU. Just one visit is enough

Here’s a pic so you recognize it:

And I’ll show you this if you come.

Surely that beats Beijing?!
