“money received for performing duties for the employer as traveling expenditures, daily allowance and overtime pay not in excess of the prescribed amounts and the incomes which are exempt from income tax as prescribed under Article 4 of this Law shall be excluded”.
Anyone that knows about these prescribed amounts for allowance and overtime, or where I can find the lists?
Are there anyone that gets overtime and is it according to normal hourly salary or is it with an added percentage?
I am trying to view Taiwan gov pages on the net for this information, but strangely enough, all of them can not be found or opened, is it because I’m searching from China on Taiwan gov pages? Please give me a link where I can find it so I can ask someone else to accsses the page for me.
