Par 3 Golf Course

Hi, I’ve been asking around about “easy” golf courses and someone I was talking to mentioned an 18 hole par-3 (pitch and putt) south of Taipei (Hsintien?). I would appreciate it if someone could post the name and directions of this place. Thanks!

It’s next to the river. More Chingmei than Xindian.
