I know in the south, especially around Sia Gia, Pingdong County, this sport was in abundance. However, after coming back from the UK after two years, it seems that the govenment has pulled the plug. Does anyone know where I would be able to participate in this sport again in Taiwan, particularly in the North as I do not live in the South anymore?
I find that Taiwan traffic is just not dangerous enough.
