Paying taxes and being paid on the Gold Card

A Gold Card holder residing in Taiwan most of the year and performing remote work for overseas companies paying him/her into an overseas bank account. Which documents need to be provided to the Tax Authorities as a proof of income? The payment slips (in English)? Statements from the overseas bank? A copy of the collaboration/remote employment contract? Anything else?
