Ok guys. With the limited time I was willing to put into this stupid project, this is what I made:

I should take a scanner to McDonald’s when they aren’t busy and ask nicely to scan the one they keep on the counter. I can then print it at 7 Eleven with the nice card thick paper option, and then laminate.

You could just go and photograph the English menu they have behind the counter (the one they bring out when they see one of us weirdos and look petrified), or ask if they have a spare one and explain the situation. They are normally quite good with things like that.
