My friend worked in Penghu for a year, about a year ago. She then left and went back to the US…but is back in Taipei asking for an ARC. They want her tax receipts.
Penghu is a county…she’s having troubles communicating with the tax office there. I wonder if she has to physically fly to Penghu or can she go to the one in Banchiao…what a mission.
