So if I understand you this time: what you are saying is that the earlier carve out that applied ONLY to APRC holders married to ROC nationals with household registration has been eliminated and mandatory contributions by employers (excluding private international schools) has been extended to ALL APRC holders?
If so, this is a positive development. I wonder when this happened.
If not, then I would appreciate it if others pointed it out.

Not exactly. Yes it is ALL aprc holders now but first it started out as ARC holders married to a Taiwanese and then later extended to “foreigner professionals with an APRC… until finally now, all APRC holders.
