I have just come back from a two weeks vacation in Philippines. Oh man! did I feel normal! Everybody looked normal, behaved normal, treated me normal and I felt normal. It was so relaxing. Do you know what I mean? 
Nope. As far as I can tell nobody around me looks like The Elephant Man.

I was last there in 2005, in Cebu and Mindanao. Yeah, most people treated me normally, much better than in Manila where there seemed to be annoying ‘friends’ and scamsters on every corner.
In Taiwan I feel I get treated ‘normally’ but then again I’ve been here nearly 20 years.

Just spent 10 days there too and would like to ‘second’ that notion! It was complete peace of mind being among the soulful for a change, again.
