Can anyone/visitors get any type of cell phone number (SIM) here other than the temporary pre-paids? Or is some type of ID, local address, etc. required?
Nope.
Even with a prepaid SIM card, foreigners need to provide an ID like a passport.

np. just want to make sure the threads that get spun up with these have an endpoint into the sticky so when people search, they can end up there.
