What are the measurements for Taiwan national ID?
4.5mm x 3.5mm?
I usually just use whatever machine is in the building for wherever I need a photo ID.
I cut them up if I can find a scissor spot or I just hand them all to the counter desk and ask them to help me.

Can you print photos at 7 elevens?
If you need photo quality prints for ID photos then family mart you can.
That would be ridiculously small.
4.5cm x 3.5cm, though, seems to be the size of “standard” photos for Taiwanese passport application (no, it wasn’t me who applied).
