Not sure if this is the right place to post, but can’t find another place for this topic.
Does anyone have piercings? If so, are you a homeless bum (how are you on the internet)? If not, do you have a job? And secondly, how do people react to piercings in comparison to tattoos? Or, just stand-alone–what’s the perception?
Personally, I have 17. Two through lip, one through nose, 7 on each ear. Was thinking more, but I might end up taking everything out in a few months depending on my shitty situation right now. I think that since I can’t find a normal job anyway (no degree), and I am studying Chinese (just taking classes that bear no credits), it doesn’t matter what my appearance is like. I tutor English on side to get by. It’s enough to get by, but that’s it. Don’t really know anyone, and whatever help I got when I came here is long gone due to my breakup with my ex and her teacher-parents.
