Online games would be a great way to practice my chinese (and impress the other nerds at the wang ka with my leet chinese skills), but I can’t find an adequate pinyin input program for the traditional chinese version of windows 98, which is all they have available at my local internet cafe. I tried chih-ho tsai’s freeware IME technology.chtsai.org/b5pinyin/ but I get an error message saying (if i understand the chinese correctly) that the ‘big5pinyin.ime is not an input method file’ although it clearly is, dammit. :fume:
NjStar communicator doesn’t work in this case because it’s not compatible with fullscreen applications, which invariably push the toolbar off the screen and summon a default bopomofo input method instead.
Any bright ideas please?
