There a new pizza place called Pizza O Pizza. The owner is of French African descent and speaks perfect English.

The pizza is good and the price is more than reasonable. An 8 in pizza costs 169. He also offers other things like Spanish styled rice and other hard to find dishes in Taiwan. Since so far the owner is doing all the work, the order might come out a bit slow. There’s no website for the shop yet, thought I’d give it a bump.
