Planning to study at Soochow University

Hello everyone I’ve got a question about a particular university called Soochow University, I’ve done quick research and seems have the capability to teach foreign students, I’ll be taking the International Business English program, any particular reason I should know about Soochow University before applying?

It’s a mid-ranking private school. On the plus side, it’s unlikely to be suddenly closed down (this is a problem with some of the lower ranking private unis in Taiwan, with declining enrollment leading to some institutional crises). On the minus side, it’s not among the very best unis which are in the “National” (i.e. public) system. So I’d say it depends what you want from this experience. If “good enough” is indeed good enough for you, then consider it. If you want to climb the ladder and get into a really good school in Taiwan, you should be aiming for the top public (i.e. the “National”) unis.

Hello everyone I’ve just got a reply from the Admissions Division saying:

"No, all courses of bachelor programs are taught in Chinese.

Sorry, that is wrong information from the website.

Thanks.
