Playgroup in Taoyuan?

I was wondering if there’s an English speaking playgroup in Taoyuan. If anyone knows about the detail, pls let me know. FYI, My daughter is 15months old. Thank you very much in advance.

P.S. Even if there’s no playgroup, we would appreciate if you / your child could be a friend of our daughther. pls do e-mail us!
