Is NT$900 expensive? I consider it VERY cheap for an all-regions DVD player.

The one I got seems to work okay. It was like $800. It plays my Ren and Stimpy disks well enough. I think any of the cheap ones are pretty likely to be all region; they just don’t bother implementing it.
