So, no problems downloading your books here in Taiwan? I checked a Kindle long, long ago, and at that time it didn’t work internationally. If it works now, I’m willing to get one, because yeah, I pay way too much for shipping those books, averages out to be US$5.45 per book. I read voraciously, so I buy a lot, as I can never find what I want here in Taiwan (and even when I do, the cost is almost the same).
If anyone is interested in a used Kindle, I’d be willing to sell mine. Works great in Taiwan! Book selection is way better and cheaper.
I’m selling it since I have an iPad now that I do much of my Kindle reading on.
