[color=green]I have been studying online from a guy named Serge Melnyk. He has been living and working in Shanghai for many years and has a degree in Mandarin. His website is great, and weekly podcasts are free. For a small fee, you can download transcripts (in Pinyin and standard characters) and worksheets. His lessons are theme-based, and easy to follow. Each podcast is about 20-minutes, and you can start from lesson one.
