A few times I’ve seen police offering some type of service to cyclists. They set up shop at various points along the riverside path and from what I’ve seen…the police complete a form, check the cyclist’s ID and take photos of the bike. It’s voluntary.
Maybe this is some kind of bike theft prevention scheme? Anyone know?
its a conspiracy, the government wants to keep tabs on you so they can enslave you in their new world order.
look out your window, chemtrails! They are sterilizing us so we can’t reproduce!
they compile a database of frame serial numbers so if your bike gets stolen there is a way for you to prove it when you see someone riding your bike.
