I do not live in Taiwan, but all the times I managed to come and I hit a Pool Party was always easy to bring someone back to the hotel, and it seemed pretty common.
Going to a KTV and get a prostitute or having a louse HJ in a massage I do not think really accounts for the same experience.
Plus I guess there are people enjoying pool parties because they are parties in a pool? So with Music, Drinks, water, hopefully sun?
