Taiwan’s Fair Trade Commission has guidelines of issues arising from the purchase and sale of pre-sales home. (A pre-sale home under local law means a building with construction license and is not yet finished being constructed and shall become the trading object as soon as its construction is done - so this covers a lot of new home construction.)
The guidelines set out and address issues that fall under the Fair Trade Act while also including a helpful table at the end of types of disputes that do not fall under the Act. The table though references the applicable recourse for those non-FTA covered disputes.
